Maybe it’s a new food you’ve heard about but haven’t yet tried. (Try these delicious kale chips.) Take a different running trail or bike route if you’re able to get outdoors. If not, try a different indoor workout or training guide (for me that’s the Reoch-Zonneveld Indoor Cycling Training Program).
It doesn’t matter what you choose, just choose something. It doesn’t even have to be something crazy or extreme. It can be as simple as drinking a green juice at breakfast instead of your normal coffee and bagel. Just allow yourself to take a mini-adventure and try something new!
