Monday Motivation: Discipline

Discipline: doing what needs to be done, even if you don't want to do it.“Motivation is easy⭐️. It just hits you suddenly with no effort required. There are some days where you wake up, or you see something and you’re like ‘YEP! That’s it!! I’M GOING TO DO THIS!’. That’s called motivation. Something or someone has motivated you suddenly to make a change.☝️But remember, as quickly as motivation comes…. is as quickly as it can go💥 Discipline is reliable.

Yes, you have to train your body for it ..BUT it will ALWAYS be there. Discipline is automatic.

Therefore it is better to create discipline than rely on motivation.
So the question is not ‘how do I keep myself motivated, it’s ‘how do I train my body to work without motivation?'”
